1. Paid Listings & Promotional Services

All payments made for featured ads, promotional upgrades, or premium listings are non-refundable once the ad has been submitted and approved.

We do not offer refunds for:

Featured or highlighted ad placements
Bump-up services or priority placements
Subscription-based ad posting plans (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
Any other digital services rendered through the platform

2. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you have been charged more than once for the same service or made an accidental payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Upon verification, we will process a full or partial refund as applicable.

3. Rejected or Removed Ads

If your ad is removed or rejected for violating our Terms of Use or Posting Guidelines, no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to ensure the content complies with our policies before submitting.

4. Technical Issues

If a paid service was not delivered* due to a technical error on our part (e.g., your featured ad did not go live), we will either:

 Offer a replacement/extension of the service, or
Provide a full refund (at our discretion)

Please report such issues within 48 hours of noticing the problem.

5. Fraudulent Transactions

If you suspect a fraudulent transaction was made using your account or payment method, contact us and your payment provider immediately. We will cooperate with any official investigation, but all chargebacks are subject to our dispute resolution process.
