Return & Refund Policy
Transparency in every transaction
1. Marketplace Nature
Zaytoo is an online classifieds platform that connects individual buyers and sellers. Zaytoo does not own, sell, or ship any items listed on the platform. Therefore, any return or refund agreement for items purchased is strictly between the buyer and the seller.
2. Buyer-Seller Disputes
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from a seller on Zaytoo:
- Contact the seller directly via Zaytoo Chat or WhatsApp to discuss a return or exchange.
- Zaytoo does not provide mediation or "buyer protection" for payments made directly to sellers.
- Always request a receipt or written agreement from the seller if you intend to have a return option.
3. Premium Services Refunds
This section applies to payments made directly to Zaytoo for Featured Ads, Premium Bundles, or Profile Highlights:
- No Refunds: Generally, payments for premium services are non-refundable once the ad is live.
- Technical Errors: If you were charged twice or your ad failed to go live due to a technical glitch, you are eligible for a full refund or credit.
- Ad Removal: If your ad is removed because it violates our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.
4. Reporting Fraud
If you have paid for an item and the seller has not delivered it, or you received a counterfeit product:
- Report the user immediately using the "Report Ad" button.
- Provide us with proof of transaction so we can suspend the fraudulent account.
- We will cooperate with local law enforcement agencies if a formal investigation is launched.
5. Cancellation Policy
For Sellers: You can delete or deactivate your ad at any time. If it was a paid featured ad, deleting it before the expiry date does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund of the remaining days.
