2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Listing & Selling

When posting an ad on Zaytoo, you agree that:

• You have the right to sell the item/service you are listing
• The information provided is accurate and not misleading
• You will not list prohibited items (illegal goods, weapons, drugs, etc.)
• You will not post duplicate or spam listings
• Zaytoo reserves the right to remove any listing without notice

4. Payments & Fees

Certain features of our platform may require payment:

• Premium ad packages require payment as displayed
• All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their policies

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use any automated system to scrape or collect data

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zaytoo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without explicit permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform, or the information, content, materials, or products included.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaytoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
